This is a newer well that is 4,000 ft. deep. The well has the several commercial pay zones that are currently not producing, but have the potential to increase production. Surrounding production in the area supports our calculations. Geologists and other petroleum experts with over 10+ years of experience have written extensive reports on this oil well. There is already a licensed and bonded operator that can maintain this well for the new owner. Overhead expenses are currently $1,000/month and pay for insurance, bond, hauling, electric and daily maintenance.
